Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of photographs provided through my Pixieset gallery. By accessing, purchasing, or downloading any photographs, you agree to the following:

1. Ownership

All photographs remain the sole intellectual property of the photographer (the "Photographer"). Purchase of a photograph does not transfer copyright ownership.

2. License of Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal and/or promotional purposes, subject to the following conditions:

• You may download, share, and print the photographs for personal use.

• You may post the photographs on social media, websites, or other platforms, provided that proper credit is given to the Photographer (see Section 3).

• Commercial resale, sublicensing, or claiming authorship of the photographs is strictly prohibited.

3. Credit Requirement

When posting or sharing a purchased photograph publicly (including on social media, websites, or digital/print media), you must provide clear credit to the Photographer, such as:

• “Photo by Sean Anderson”

• Tagging the Photographer’s social media handle @subparmediocrity where applicable.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Remove or alter any watermark, copyright notice, or embedded metadata.

• Use the photographs for unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purposes.

• Sell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the photographs to others.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once a photograph has been purchased and downloaded.

6. Liability

The Photographer is not liable for any claims, damages, or issues arising from your use of the photographs.

7. Changes to Terms

The Photographer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the photographs after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
